The year has been a difficult time for all of us with a global pandemic. We have adopted to a new norm and the celebration of festivities and socializing have slowly faded away.
At PDXA1, we strongly believe that Diwali , the festival of lights signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and renewal of life. To celebrate the spirit of Diwali , PDXA1 team is inviting entries for the “Decorate Your Home for Diwali” contest.
The contest aim to raise public awareness of our rich and traditional Indian culture as well as to lift up our festive spirits.
THE CONTEST OFFICIALLY OPENS ON NOVEMBER 7th 2020 !

Rules and Guidelines
- To be able to win, simply take a photograph of your home illuminated by Diwali Lights or any decoration of your choice. Must be themed around Diwali.
- Only one photo per person per email submission is allowed.
- Upload your decoration photograph in the contest entry form with the necessary details. Add a caption about your photograph relevant to Diwali. Use #pdxa1d4d in the comments section.
- Once your photograph is uploaded and submitted , a custom link will be generated for your registration. Please share your link with family and friends to vote for your photograph.
- The photograph with the maximum number of votes will be declared as the winners.
- If selected as the winner/s , you will be required to produce a proof of the photograph.
- The Competition will commence on November 7th, 2020 and end on November 14th, 2020 11:59 pm (PST).
- Winners will be announced on the PDXA1 Special Diwali show and on Facebook on Nov 15th 2020. Please make sure to correct email id. Due to the pandemic all the gifts will be delivered electronically to the email provided.
- It is open to all residents of Oregon. Voting cannot be done outside of USA.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this Competition. Just need your festive spirits !
- PDXA1 reserves all the rights to the contest and can revoke or cancel at any time.
- Please email admin@pdxa1.com for any questions. Please have an honor system and do not upload old Diwali decoration pictures or some stock pictures for the contest.
