1971 Montclair Modern • As modernism evolved into a new era, this 1971 Montclair split-level took form. The chef’s kitchen, with double Wolf ovens, Sub-Zero fridge, and Asko dishwasher, brings joy to daily rituals, while multi-zone heating & cooling, an EV charger, and sustainable design bring performance in sync with beauty. Set on a .32-acre lot in Montclair, an unincorporated neighborhood of Raleigh Hills in Washington County, this is a home where architecture listens—shaped by light, crafted with intention, and designed for modern living that feels elevated and enduring.
