Showings/Tenant screening
We work hard to review every potential tenant lead, showing request and schedule showings 7 days a week. We check for identification, income, credit, criminal background and rental history before an application is approved.
Leasing
The lease is signed between the tenants and the property manager of PDXA1 Realty Group, once all the terms of the lease are discussed and agreed upon by both the owners and the tenants.
Tenant support
We provide 7 days per week support for maintenance request coordination, move-in and move-out and semi-annual inspections, HOA notices and violations, and much more for tenants.
Rent collection/Rent Payment to owners
We take care of rent collection and we make owner payments via direct deposit into your bank account, and we also take care of any vendor payments for maintenance.
Maintenance
With a team dedicated to efficiently processing maintenance requests and repairs for the house and landscaping, we work hard to keep your profits steady and your investment at a high value to you. We do pass through cost from our vendors. Meaning you pay what vendors charge and we don't markup or take any commission from vendors used for maintenance.
Walk through inspection
Property managers conduct several inspections of the property throughout the year including move-in and move-out inspections, semi-annual inspections, and any other inspections as requested or needed.
Accounting
You will get monthly statements via email with a link to your owner portal. You will also receive an year-end statement showing income and expenses along with your 1099-MISC form with plenty of time to ask questions and file it with your taxes.

Getting home ready for List (repairs, painting, cleaning, installing missing appliances, blind etc), Professional Photo shoot, and install signs.

Property Manager contacts leads, pre-screens them and schedules showings
